Roots Builders

As part of my MKTG 3660 (Digital Marketing) course, I collaborated with The Green House, Utah Valley University’s student-run marketing agency, to write SEO-rich content for one of their real-world clients: Roots Builders. I developed a blog titled “How Much Does It Cost to Build a Custom Home in Utah?” targeting high-intent search terms like custom home price and cost to build a house in Utah. The blog was structured for search engine performance using keyword optimization, strategic headers, and internal/external linking. It was selected as a finalist in the course’s blog writing competition, highlighting its effectiveness in balancing SEO goals with educational value for the client’s audience.
